Catherine Ingegneri

As a Greenville native, Catherine has always had a passion for design and problem-solving. Her interest in architecture sparked during a middle school art class, where she developed a deep fascination with space planning and creating functional, beautiful environments. This passion led her to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Anderson University, laying the foundation for a career that blends creativity with practical, client-focused solutions.

Before discovering Carolina Closets, Catherine spent the last decade in Charleston, gaining valuable hands-on experience across various design fields. She worked for over four years at a luxury custom closet company, refining her expertise in creating personalized storage solutions. Her background also includes kitchen and bath design, as well as tile and countertop sales, further enhancing her ability to craft spaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional. Catherine's knowledge of lighting design and ergonomics has also been integral in her closet design work, allowing her to incorporate efficient lighting and prioritize comfort and accessibility in each space.

Now back in Greenville, Catherine is excited to bring her diverse skill set to Carolina Closets. Her goal is to create more than just aesthetically pleasing spaces; she is committed to designing closets that improve her clients' daily lives through intelligent, functional design. Outside of work, Catherine enjoys exploring the city, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Annie.
