Design Consultation
The process starts when you reach out to schedule a consultation with one of our design experts. We'll visit your home to understand your storage requirements and create a tailored solution just for you. This service is completely free, with no obligations or pressure to commit. We are confident that after working with us, especially if you compare with other companies, you'll choose to partner with us. Our design consultant will present 3D CAD renderings and straightforward pricing for your redesigned space. They will collaborate with you to refine the design until it perfectly meets your needs and preferences. We begin with a practical and efficient design and offer a wide range of industry-leading options for customization. Whether you prefer wood grain finishes, traditional trim packages, or the latest in LED lighting and security features, we can enhance your space to be as functional or luxurious as you wish.
Manufacturing
Once we finalize the ideal solution, we produce it at our Anderson, SC facility. We employ cutting-edge technology, including 3-D CAD software and automated manufacturing processes. Our products are crafted to precise standards and designed for longevity. From our selection of finishes to the quality of the fasteners, we make no compromises in delivering top-tier storage solutions to our customers.
Preparation and Paint Service
If you're like many of our customers, your closet walls haven't been painted in years! Additionally, the demolition of your existing shelving—especially if you currently have a wood closet or storage system—can leave large holes and unsightly unpainted areas. This is why Carolina Closets offers a "Prep & Paint" package! Your closet or space will be completely patched and painted a day or two prior to your installation, giving you a fresh, clean area. We provide this service at a minimal cost based on the size of your room and your ceiling height. Please ask your Design Consultant for details.
Installation
After the manufacturing process is finished, our dedicated installers take over to ensure a smooth completion. Our team consists entirely of full-time employees, not contractors, who collectively have decades of experience in closet installation. They are exceptionally professional, treat your home with respect, drive clean vehicles, and typically finish installations in just one day. Once your new closet is installed, it comes with a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own your home. Let us assist you in getting organized!
Warranty / Disclaimer:
Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty Coverage: Carolina Closet warrants that the products which we install will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the products when used for single-family residential use. This limited warranty extends only to the original end user of the products, and is not transferable. Lifetime warranty is limited and does not include installed accessories, electronics, hardware, or other third party parts; these components attached to our shelves and verticals carry a 5 year warranty.
One Year Non-Residential Coverage: Carolina Closets warrants that the products we install will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year when used for non-residential or commercial use. This limited warranty extends only to the original end user of the product and is not transferable.
Exclusive Remedy: Carolina Closets will repair or replace any component of the products you purchase at no charge, if it is defective. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in the product purchased. If Carolina Closets does not repair or replace a defective component of the products within a reasonable time, its liability to you will be limited to the purchase price of the products.
Exclusions from Coverage: You will have waived any claim for breach of warranty if you do not notify Carolina Closets or its authorized representative in writing within 90 days after you discover the defect. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover (1) the improper installation by others, or use of the product; (2) abuse or neglect; or (3) normal wear and tear. Nobody can expand this warranty or waive any of its limitations. Carolina Closets has neither relation to nor responsibility, inherent or implied, for the products, installations, and warranties of other companies. Including but not limited to; Carolina Closets or any others not specifically designated.
